Everything I’ve read says the preferred mixer is Sprite or some other lemon-lime soda, not iced tea. Other than being aware of the recreational use of codeine, what’s the point of this speculation now?
Why not? It would help explain what Martin was doing. Was he slinking throutgh the neighborhood looking for open bathroom windows where there he might a medicine cabinet stocked with cough syrup? That would be pretty suspicious.

Because the trial is over and the parents are in it with the media and the professional rabble rousers to cannonize Trayvon Martin.
Let his death serve a useful purpose in saving others . That will happen if there is an awareness of what these combinations can do. If his parents were responsible human beings, that's what they'd do....promote awareness of these drug options created from legal products.

The problem with ‘Lean’ or ‘Purple Lean’ (also called ‘Purple Drank’) is that it affects the brain, resulting in violent behavior. Shrinks refer to is as a “psychic break”.
