RUBIO DROPS TO 5TH IN IOWA POLL

On Thursday, Public Policy Polling released its latest 2016 tracking poll of Iowa Republican voters. The results show a dramatic shift in Republican voter sentiment. Sen. Marco Rubio, who had led in previous surveys, has dropped to 5th place. Sen. Rand Paul now leads the pack in the critical first-caucus state.

We Floridians will be making sure Marco Rubio goes into retirement from Congress come 2014.

You may have to wait a bit longer than that. He was elected to a 6-year term back in 2010. He will be in the senate at least until January of 2017. But for the good of the country I hope he gets the boot then.

Good catch seekthetruth! Fellow Floridian here.I too don’t think Paul has prayer.His father all but tore up the road to anywhere higher than the Senate for him long ago.
I’m still smarting over my former unconditioal support for Rubio.Never ever saw things going like this.Talk about self destructing.....
All he had to do was sit in the Senate and basically do nothing and he could have been the nominee.
But NOOOOO!!!!he had to self destruct!

I’ve met several of these people. FYI, I was around McCain many times and he is an absolute loon. Nuts!

Ted Cruz? Goodness he is smart. His intellect has depth. Great depth. He is not a man to debate.

Rick Perry? He made one mistake as far I’m concerned, the HPV thing. I forgive him for that and know that he flubbed in the debate because he was not near over his back issue. But he is smart and tough and decent.

Either Cruz or Perry can fix this nation.

I think he was shown the reality of how one gets the big money guys to fund presidential campaigns, and he sold his soul. If you want to be in the running, you've got to have the money to do the running.

Romney proved that, especially in the primaries, you can bury your opposition with money + media. And the deep pockets guys deliver both.
