That will have to be done by the people we elect and by the people they appoint. What is the Program? Where's the Plan? Who's the Leader?
Team Obama is on the field. We are in the stands. Our team isn't any good. So, instead of focusing on the Team Obama's cheerleader, we need to focus on getting a team together that can win: coach, players, and yes, our very own cheerleader.
Elections are rigged. As long as the CONSERVATIVE media is threatened and the liberal media corrupt, elections will be close enough that the fraud in large cities (democrat) will be enough to rig an election.
We’ve GOT to get some semblance of law enforcement. As long as politicians are immune from prosecution (ironically, because law enforcement personnel don’t want to be “political”) nothing will ever hold anybody accountable, and we will have absolute corruption like we have now. Obama is in the White House right now because one law enforcement chief nixed a routine document fraud arrest warrant when he found out it was for Obama. He didn’t want to be punished by the system. That’s the power that got and kept Obama in office - which the “insider threat” program under Obama codifies, the NSA surveillance further enables, and all the inspector general firings document.
Somebody has said that all it would take to get these insiders to talk is to be defunded. The power of the purse belongs to the House, which is controlled by R’s right now. When they as a group begin to talk seriously about defunding Obama’s abuse mechanisms, then I will believe that they MIGHT care about this country and MIGHT comprehend what is strangling her to death before our very eyes.
Until that happens, neither elections nor scandals make one hootin’ hill of difference, no matter how much outrage you or I have.
Team Obama owns the scorekeeper. The game is rigged. Our “team” needs to include faithful law enforcement that won’t back down from enforcing the law.
State voting laws are one place we the people can start.
That which we wish to accomplish depends upon electing the right people who will appoint the right people. If no Program, No Plan, and No Leader are in place for the next two elections ... and I include state and local elections, then get ready for CWII and the neo-secessionists, in whose ranks you'll find me.
Right now, I do not wish to give up on elections. In many ways the future of the Republic depends upon those who have not voted in the recent past. For example, you desire new state voting laws, which have been cleared by the Supreme Court. Excellent. Those state voting laws will have to be put in place by elected state representatives. Between now and 2016, every representative in every state will face election. Bet: most Americans right now have no clue as to who their state representative or state senator even is.

It is rather about who is constitutionally eligible to present himself to the voters as a candidate for some particular office. Your POV is that anyone may present himself to the voters as a candidate for office, and if successful, is ipso facto eligible to hold that office.
That is ultimate democracy. Our system is to temper democracy within the structure of a constitutional republic.
