Uh... it was a little more slippery than that.
They were going to be permitted as long as the witness stated that the THC in his system had no effect. However, the witness 'changed his mind' after endless hours of extracurricular study (which he does routinely, but stated that he had no spare time to do (what?)), and so the Judge ruled that the DEFENSE could no longer bring it up, even though the Prosecution called that witness to testify to that very thing.
I notice that the defense intends to recall atleast two people from last week — Diamond Eugene and Chris Serino.
Serino was the contact man between the ME and the police — so how much of his prejudices ended up in the report and led to omissions from the report???
