I notice that the defense intends to recall atleast two people from last week — Diamond Eugene and Chris Serino.
Serino was the contact man between the ME and the police — so how much of his prejudices ended up in the report and led to omissions from the report???
Serino WAS the LEAD DETECTIVE for SPD. He is now walking a beat (as they say). Demoted.
Also, another witness, who questioned the 'changed' reports, was put on ADMIN LEAVE.
I listened to this witnesses testimony yesterday on YOUTUBE. It is no longer there. Wonder why ?
