Basically the question is did Bernie know and not tell the defense about the change to the ME’s testimony.

Are you able to provide more about why Bernie was sworn? Because the Defense accused the Prosecution of WITHHOLDING EVIDENCE (the change by PingPong Bao from 3 minutes to 10 minutes)
