That is one way of wording it, yes. He “bribed” all sexual creatures with it. He also “bribed” all animals with “pleasure” in eating or they would have starved to death before they had the opportunity to “enjoy” sex.

Anything a creature of this planet does without being asked it does because it derives some sort of pleasure from it. I’ve used that argument against atheists who believe man is basically good (whereas Christians believe we are basically evil). Want to see someone’s natural inclinations? See what habits they pick up without having to be taught. Mankind (and all animals) is naturally narcissistic. And if sex was not pleasurable and a thing to be sought, we wouldn’t do it.
