In regards to the NSA violations and whistleblower, Edward Snowden, Palin took the opposite opinion of many on the right and left, including former Republican Vice-President, Dick Cheney, who referred to Snowden as a traitor. Below is an excerpt from Bollings interview with Palin, followed by the video in its entirety...

Thanks for this thread and my Heartfelt Thanks to Sarah for Stand Up.
Traitor or hero, Sarah Palin is right.
I’m on the fence regarding if the man is a traitor or not. Depends on what else he blows the whistle about but that does not justify spying on every American while purposely ignoring Mosques and Islamic radicals such as the Boston Islamic terrorists.
Good for Gov Palin
So many are siding with Obama on the NSA spying. This issue is way beyond Snowden
Until the citizens accept that Congress is responsible, this issue is going nowhere.
Blaming the NSA is no different than blaming the gun.
Snowden is actually the least important part of this story.
What matters is the Robot Police actually DO collect (not necessarily read) EVERYTHING electronic.
Whenever a progressive retires under duress or is voted out....you could say they are a victim of “Breitbart Syndrome”
Very high admiration for her in that video.
Blaming the NSA is no different than blaming the gun.
Not true. The NSA is made of individuals. Every single one of them is responsible to uphold the Constitution.
How is it possible to betray a government which has already betrayed everyone it claims to represent?
Loyalty is a two way street, and if it is anything other than that, then it does not exist.
Snowden is certainly symptomatic, not the problem. Government intrusion into our every day lives is the problem. Willful and arbitrary violation of the IVth Amendment by agents of the government is the problem.
Like Snowden said, consent of the governed is not consent if the governed are intentionally mis-informed by the governing.
That is truth, and I furthermore officially withdraw my consent. The agreement has been broken, and not by me. There can be no hope of future consent either.
Snowden is not the problem Palin says

Sarah Palin gives me reason to care.
A traitor is someone who claims the country is at war, while at the same time refusing to close the countries borders. If this country is at war, as Cheney claims, the border has to be closed. No exceptions. No questions. No excuses.
There are very few like her. I am still upset that she didn’t run in ‘12. She would have made the debate very interesting at the least, and she may have won. We don’t need another tepid RINO. Bob
Hugh Hewitt has sided with Obama and Cheney. Strike three.
Government , democrats and Obama are the problem
