I would ask you, do you think that media, the typical democrat or the typical non-committed voter doesn't already know that there is some sort of general obfuscation about Obama's heritage, birth, associations, Indonesian youth, Occidental attendance, and general back-ground mickey-mouse?
They already know and they don't care. To them it is a badge of honor to be "not-American-in-the-traditional-sense."
Further proof is not going to make some sort of sea change in these people. The only change would be if the leftists abandoned him and started a concentrated effort to claim "they" were defrauded.
If Orly can get this certified for real, a task that has eluded her previoulsy, then I applaud her. But I don't think it will produce any broad change in the public perception of this guy.

If Obama really was a citizen of Indonesia then where the HESC was concerned he would have been better off lying and saying he was a citizen of the U.S. HESC is a state agency for state residents. Its rules say that their grants and scholarships are for U.S. Citizen residents of New York state only. To qualify as a resident you need to have lived in the state for at least 12 months prior to the first semester in college, or have completed your last two semesters in an New York high school. For Obama, or anyone else, to apply as a foreign national would be useless so far as that organization is concerned. It would have gained him nothing.
Was it really his grandmother he lived with. No one really knows anything about these people. Well, some do for sure. I imagine that Putin knows it all, along with Pelosi, the Clintons and scores more in Congress.
If certain employee’s made photocopies of the microfilm just in case the evidence was destroyed why didn’t the whistleblower present a copy to Ortiz?

Well, to be blunt, I am desirous of the laws to be enforced ont his fraud and those who have enabled him as accessories to his criminal behaviors. I don’t actually care if black people don’t like that the law will be applied. I don’t care that progressive democrat scum will be offended by the law being applied. I just want the damned law applied to these criminal abastards, just as I know darn well that if I had done these things this fraudulent sonofabitch has done, I would be prosecuted. hell, with eric holder in charge of the unJustioce department, they might charge me without a criminal deed having been done. I have been wondering if this is the case. Being born in Hawaii, does not preclude an adoption by an Indonesian papa, and as that basis apply as a “foreign” student... Fraud? Dunno, maybe technically not, but Sleaze of the highest order, and not at all unexpected...

That’s NOT the reason the birth information was planted. It was planted - by his maternal grandmother simply to get him US citizenship since he wasn’t born there. Similar to my friend whose parents altered his b.c. from reading Jan to Dec to get him into school a year early.
This really isn't all that difficult, as others have pointed out.
To clarify:
1. There is no name listed for the baby. Therefore, it's proof for who was born?
2. There is no place of birth listed for that nameless baby. It's proof the nameless baby was born where?
3. Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) effectively allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form signed by his mother or one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s) in their absence) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would (presumably) then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin. The address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not any of the known 1961 home addresses of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave or 1482 Alencastre St].)
Grandparent(s) filled out the form, as per HI Territorial Law, Chapter 57, saying Barry was born in their (grandparents) home. They give their address as the "parents" address.
It's quite easy to see how it would be possible for him to be born outside the U.S., and his mother (or grandparents) signed the form stating it was an at home birth...the record generates a "b.c." on file which a few (unidentified) parts of which is noted in the paper.
Why would they do this?
Because U.S. citizenship is a very valuable thing to have in life. Clearly.
This, of course, says nothing of the fact that Barry was born owing allegiance to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England (assuming Sr. really is his legal birth father, inheriting his foreign father's foreign citizenship by birthright).

I think that’s one of the things that added to his Antichrist vibe: nobody is supposed to know where the Antichrist comes from. And it’s clear nobody knows where Obama comes from, probably not even himself (it probably depends on whatever answer he would think most useful at the time).
