A whistle-blower from Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany New York came forward and advised Attorney Orly Taitz that she personally reviewed Barack Obama’s financial aid information, which stated that financial aid was given to Obama as foreign student and as a citizen of Indonesia.

Did you not see Taitz in the Georgia courtroom? I supported her until then, but when I saw her in that courtroom, I became convince she is acting in support of Obama. No lawyer is that clueless of the legal system. She is working solely to discredit the birther movement.
And how is she doing that? We are dealing with a whole subject that most voters, and all patriotic Americans, would have dismissed as tinfoil hat stuff before President Obama came on the scene. I don’t think that there is another way that she could have presented it that would have resulted in the mainstream media taking her seriously. Look at the response they gave to Sheriff Arpaio and Mike Zullo, who presented their findings with great sobriety.

orly appears to be totally incompetent but persistent. who knows a sawmill started the biggest gold rush in California, from a few flakes of gold, maybe Orly will eventually hit something solid with all her efforts-like a blind squirrel. she does not appear to be a team player and that is counterproductive, even Sutter had a partner lol...

On my more optimistic days, I sometimes imagine there is another answer, that being that the NSA, CIA, et al are in the midst of the biggest counterintelligence op in the history of humankind, and the exposure of the miscreants will take place when our national security apparatus has identified all of the necessary actionable elements as being in place to b1tch-slap the citizenry to wakefulness by showing them in convincing terms the utter corruption at the highest levels of government.

I’ve done some Googling on Tice and it seems his credibility isn’t too reliable. Plus - from what I gather all his leaks were beneficial exclusively to the left. Apparently there were/are psychiatric issues as well.
Reading this latest interview is too much like reading some of Ulsterman.

I spend 5 years in civil court in Texas and the hearsay rule applied there as required by the Federal Rules of Evidence adopted by all states for both civil and criminal proceedings.

Why shouldn’t Zero provide proof that he is who and what he says he is?

People saying that Zero’s crimes are of no importance are part of the freaking problem!
It’s not just whether Zero was born where he claims or not. It’s who he is! His birth certs and SS card are forgeries. Everything else is hidden/scrubbed etc.
It’s not just his place of birth that is in question; it’s his parentage as well.
If you read much about this, you would know that the Clintons were heavily threatened and two of their friends who were going to speak up at the convention about Zero’s lack of eligibility were killed. That and the personal threat/s (supposedly about their daughter) were enough to shut them up right quick.
For years various sources have said that everyone in DeeCee knows he’s a fraud and scam artist and ineligible.
But they do nothing.
