The Cold Case Posse claimed they had THE 1961 FEDERAL VITAL STATISTICS INSTRUCTION MANUAL IN THEIR POSSESSION.
They claimed that that manual specified that the code number "9" meant "not reported" or "not stated."
They did this in a major press conference that they presented to the entire nation. Or at least, as many people in the entire country who would listen.
At that press conference, they showed the press and the public images that purportedly came from that manual - the 1961 Vital Statistics Instruction Manual.
They were very clear about all of this.
And it was all a flat-out lie.
And it has been PROVEN, beyond any doubt whatsoever, that it was all a flat-out lie.
Now this is from people who are SUPPOSED to be professional criminal investigators.
No, I don't think I'm throwing the word "fraudulently" around loosely AT ALL.
Mind you, this isn't the only birther falsehood that's been exposed.
In fact, I can't think of a single claim that has EVER been made by birthers that hasn't been exposed as being false.
Out of DOZENS of such claims.
So in fact, Fred, it's ALL a fraud.
Who might have been misinformed or misled, for all you and I know; you are building your case around a pencilled in number on a forgery...pardon me if I don't go into a tail-spin over it.
