Did you have a look at the link that I posted? Roberts wrongly ignored Supreme Court case precedent which clarified that the states have never delegated to Congress, via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for healthcare purposes.

I realize that, but as I said, it should never have made it out of committee. Roberts just added more ignominy to the whole process, but Snowe is the one that could have stopped this in the early stages.
