My point is, Obama may actually be eligible but the fact that he snubbed the US Constitution and nothing happened allows him to push the envelope more and more and he did... he pushed it miles since the Birther issue began and look at where we are at now with the IRS targeting Conservatives, the US Government telling conservatives to sign documents that they will not hold protest rallies if they are tax exempt, the IRS demanding the content of prayers, spying on all Americans and the list goes on and on.

You give them an inch and they’ll take a mile and the Birther issue was the inch.

You cannot pick and choose which parts of the US Constitution is important and which parts are not. When we do, things like the 2nd Amendment go out the window.

Personally I have no real reason to believe that Obama was born anywhere but in the USA but I have no proof he was either. Creating fake birth certificates causes me more suspicious about it all now.

1) Either Obama is legit but has snubbed the US Constitution because he wants to prove that it’s dead. (and he’s been doing a good job at that)

2) He’s really got something to hide.

If it’s number 1 (as I had always suspected until he released the fake document)then EVERY American should be a Birther.

If it’s number 2, we Americans are the laughing stock of the world and if nothing’s done about it, even George Soros is qualified to be President of the United States because the precedence has already been set.

I support Birthers because I support ALL parts of the US Constitution.

You've articulated my thoughts on the subject so well. If he knows that everyone in a position of authority who could do something about it knows that he has gotten away with blowing off publicly adhering to A2S1C5 and Section 3 of the 20th Amendment (regardless of whether or not he can actually legally qualify for the office), then he needn't care about any other laws or Constitutional provisions, and all bets are off.

Looking at the things that have gone down during his "tenure," it's pretty easy to see that the Rule of Law is dead, as far as this "Administration" is concerned.
