I did not bring up the Jap internment, you did. I did not query about Lincoln. Let’s see- Our Civil War and WWII- nah, there is a comparison of equal values, except maybe Our current Gov’t usurping the rights of non-threatening US Citizens. Just maybe there is a slight difference. If you can’t see that difference... then please help me, with my myopic nature. I would love to learn, of the common values in reference.

This is why words are important. We can be denied rights. Our right to vote requires the feral gummint provide the opportunity. Our Liberties cannot be denied. Punished but not denied. Henceforth every interaction with any authority very likely will end in detention or death for 2A supporters and others. Gird your loins and don’t die in vain. For it is our insistence on Liberty that insures our Rights. They can own the virtual world they create but there isn’t enough manpower on earth to control the real world if we exercise our God given Liberty. This is the hard center of the Truth we were left to protect and defend. Our Solemn Duty.

The survivors in the ashes should get to create the new post war government that pleases THEM and them alone. They should not have to suffer the assaholic “recovery” totalitarian rule they are itching to exercise over us.

One of the first things to do after this new government is formed is to track down every previous member of government and Make sure they breathe no longer...

Come on. If Congressional leaders “really” cared they would turn off the money spigot so fast it would make WH gasp. And they pass a law that anyone attempting to subvert Congresses desires brought before the Courts and charged as a felon. But they don’t...because they’re like a very old dog with a bark but has a mouth full of dentures.

"I find myself not caring whether or not the establishment government survives at all."

Agree.
Knowing we cannot go on forever like we are - there must be some type of end - not sure what form it will take.
Thought the best would be EMP - most of the "Low Information Voters" would be gone within six months - Feds will be mainly blinded, but most of the infrastructure would remain intact.
Real Patriot Americans will have close to a clean slate for a restart....

No. They are fundamentally UNCONSTITUTIONAL, regardless of the (non)Law used to justify them. They have just used a heap of shit to hide the diamond at the base; it doesn’t mean the diamond isn’t there.

And, they are Inalienable Rights, not Constitutional. They are given by our Creator and are to be secured BY our gov’t.

We are so far from our Constitutional Republic, I doubt to see any return before the first Civil War (the ‘original one’ not being a true Civil War....they did NOT wish to take-over D.C., they wanted to secede and rule themselves).

The fact is, the government can not deny me my constitutional rights.

I was thinking about this last night. What IS a right? What properties constitute a right? You hear liberals constantly harping about about people have a RIGHT to an abortion and a RIGHT to a living wage and a RIGHT to eat and a RIGHT to a home. Do they really understand what they're saying?

A right, as ensconced by our Constitution, is an extant thing that's granted by God and cannot be taken away by man. The right to defend oneself is so basic as to be considered a "no brainer." On the Serengeti, lions, tigers, antelopes, elephants, crocodiles, hippos, boars, hyenas, birds of prey, they all live together. When a lion is hungry, she chases down an antelope to eat. That antelope has the RIGHT to run as far and as fast as it can to avoid that lion. It can kick, headbutt, trounce, scream, whatever is has to do to get away from that predator, it can and will do. It has that RIGHT. That right cannot be taken away.

Well how about a living wage? Do we have a right to a "living wage?" What is a living wage? Essentially, it's enough money to pay the bills and provide basics for one to live. Okay, fair enough. Is it my responsibility as a working American to provide a living wage to anyone other than my wife and me? Is it the RIGHT of someone who refuses to work because they're lazy, unmotivated, illiterate, or otherwise lack the drive to survive to receive assistance? I contend that while it is the right for every man, woman, and child to PURSUE happiness, it's not a guarantee that they'll all be happy. Likewise, just because someone says they deserve a "living wage" doesn't mean I'm going to give it to them.

Likewise, the government cannot tell me that the whore up the street has the RIGHT to an abortion because she can't keep her God forsaken legs closed. If anything, it should be my RIGHT to demand she be sterilized since she's affecting my wife's and my household income by using my taxes to pay for her indiscretions.

Rights exist because God granted them to us. They are irrevocable. They cannot be infringed. Government can TRY, but they will never succeed. It is my RIGHT to speak, it is my RIGHT to associate, it is my RIGHT to practice my religion. It is my RIGHT to defend myself with whatever tools I damn well please. It is my RIGHT to be secure in my person, my possessions, and my property. It is my RIGHT to keep quiet and not speak to anyone about anything I've done. That's between me and my God.

This government has trounced all over our rights for over 100 years. It's about damn time we take it all back.

I remember 1969 when Americans were terrified by Nixon’s EO 11490.

http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/?pid=60479

There were lots of free papers warning about how people could lose their rights, be shipped to where the Gov’t needed or wanted you, ect.

Anything enacted or practiced that is loathsome to the Constitution is treason, inside the Republic, or outside of it via treaty.

By your own definition of 'treason' you are practicing treason because Treason is specifically defined in the Constitution... and it has a very different definition.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Things loathsome to the Constitution, i.e. things enacted specifically to subvert it or the Republic for which it was written, is levying war against it/the Republic, it is aiding and abetting the enemies of same, and gives them aid and comfort.

Did you have some other Constitution in mind when you came up with that dumbass reply?

No, it is not:

LEVYING WAR, crim. law.
The assembling of a body of men for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable object; and all who perform any part however minute, or however remote from the scene of action, and who are leagued in the general conspiracy, are considered as engaged in levying war, within the meaning of the constitution. 4 Cranch R. 473-4; Const. art. 3, s. 3. Vide Treason; Fries' Trial; Pamphl. This is a technical term, borrowed from the English law, and its meaning is the same as it is when used in stat. 25 Ed. III.; 4 Cranch's R. 471; U. S. v. Fries, Pamphl. 167; Hall's Am. Law Jo. 351; Burr's Trial; 1 East, P. C. 62 to 77; Alis. Cr. Law of Scotl. 606; 9 C. & P. 129.
Of course the above would mean that any police action enforcing contraconstitutional "law" is treason, which is absurd, as such would strip the word 'war' of any usable meaning (but then it's been very watered down with crap like "War on women") — further, in light of the Constitution's definition of 'treason', it makes this definition circular.

Personally I wanna live in a hole in the ground with full Tesla power armor, a plasma rifle and help Veronica rid herself of her personal affliction. Maybe find her... a dress. Then go hunting Great Kahns and raiders for sport.

Or become Thane of Eastmarch. And marry Lidya. And haZ many Dovakin children.

Does that make me a bad man? I don’t feel like a bad man. ;)

So, even if I grant you the one point there (which I might concede after reviewing all aspects of Levy in Blacks, it is still aiding the enemies of the United States, and gives them aid and comfort.
