Anything enacted or practiced that is loathsome to the Constitution is treason, inside the Republic, or outside of it via treaty.

By your own definition of 'treason' you are practicing treason because Treason is specifically defined in the Constitution... and it has a very different definition.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Things loathsome to the Constitution, i.e. things enacted specifically to subvert it or the Republic for which it was written, is levying war against it/the Republic, it is aiding and abetting the enemies of same, and gives them aid and comfort.

Did you have some other Constitution in mind when you came up with that dumbass reply?
