Way back at the beginning of this I pointed out that there could well be good reasons to do what was being done ~ none of the reasons being political in the slightest.
However, when it was brought to the attention of top management THEY THEN MADE SURE IT CONTINUED TO OPERATE THAT WAY and that was the crime.
