It's incredible to me, and appalling, the depths to which our society has fallen in my lifetime. Thank you very much for the reference to C.S. Lewis, One Winged Shark. In my youth, we were reading works of his, G.K Chesterton, and others.

We knew what men were back then - what's being indoctrinated in our schools now is something else.

If my kid saved a life and got punishment which that was, my kid would not be in that school after that day. Wouldn’t want my kid to lose his “moxie” and become a subservient serf.
