When the governing authority of elections, qualifies and certifies the candidate and general election, then at the minimum that should serve as prima facie that he [Obama] is qualified to be and in fact is President of the United States. The fact that the governing authority refuses to entertain your accusations publicly speaks voluminously to the quality and confidence in your accusations.
