Cruz Hell yes! Rand Hell no. He was all on board the amnesty train until the boston bombing. then backed off until we find out more about the bombing. He is too much like his dad. I do not trust him. Cruz and Palin are the only trustworthy public conservatives out there. And that people is sad as hell.

My bad, I should have included the /s.

The FRlink I posted talked about how bad Rubio is, so I threw in Christie on the ticket for good measure.

Big Media is gushing over the Hussein/Christie affair.

IMHO, Rubio being our “Best” shot is even worse than Mittens was.

Contact Marco Rubio, let him know what you think. Let your language be civil but strong. You may not be from Florida but you can let him know any future presidential aspirations, we will aggressively campaign against him.

Freepers can make a tremendous impact!

I voted for this guy based on his being against amnesty primarily, I like much of his other rhetoric as well. As far as I am concerned he is a traitor.

Crispy is already running for the VP slot on Hillary’s ticket. I think he’s waiting for the right time to switch to the Dems.

Sadly Hillary will probably damaged goods and never even run in 2016 which leaves the Dems with no strong candidates. The GOP should be able to recapture the Whitehouse very handily. We have a lot of good candidates to choose from. Forget Marco.

Try this on for size...substitute the name Ronald Reagan... make him a former union leader (SAG/AFTRA), radio commentator/actor, FDR democrat... and...Irish American politician. Then, compare the ideas and actions of these two- and you will find Reagan’s immigration policy of 1986.

Link:http://www.ontheissues.org/celeb/Ronald_Reagan_Immigration.htm

Substitute the name for Rubio (who has NONE of those histories, but is the son of emigres of a Cuban communist dictatorship, and who values freedom above all else). What you come up with in anti-Rubio anti-Cruz is generational dislike of immigrants, any of them. Perhaps more palatable as “Latino” (which is a farce of description) because he/they are descendents of white Spanish colonials, and not indios.
After how many generations, a Civil War and Tammany Hall politics (and lest we forget, the Kennedys), were Irish Americans allowed into the arena? And why?—one would be blind to ignore cutting out the blacks in dem and rino politics, at the interface to the servant class and local govt between them and the elite establishment.

Business (not BIG business, small business) understands Rubio and Cruz because in the center of this, we are fighting liberal corporatist socialist, statist globalism that seeks to enslave us all- regardless of our background. This is not to say that ANY DC newcomer pol will not be corrupted by the concentration of power and the ability to retire young with millions (on our dime).

It is worth noting the similarities of the immigration policies of Reagan to the Rubio-Ryan.

To answer your question as honestly as I can, I do not think that the GOP has anyone to run for president outside of Ted Cruz, and the GOP does not want Ted Cruz to run.

I can just hear Sean Hannity right now...2016 is so far away, I don’t even want to think about that right now. Someone will emerge.

No Sean, someone is not going to emerge, because the GOP bench is empty as far as leaders and conservatives are concerned, and it has been empty for decades.

Compared to Christie, Romney is perfection. At leat ROmney “got it”. H eunderstood he needed to be conservative to win.

Christie is a perfect pupil of Tom Kean Senior, New Jersey’s anti-gun, pro-tax, pro-slavery reparations senior GOP spokesRino.

If its Cruz, we need to get him more publicity on the conservative circuit as well as create an identity for him for him in the general public eye.

Once a positive image is created, its harder for the lestist press to tear down.

American can’t surive another liberal democrat in office. If Hillary or anyone like her gets elected in 2016, it IS all over for America.

This is just my own take on this matter, so please don’t get too mad at me, but with regard to Cruz, I don’t think anyone can gather more publicity for him than he can himself. He is truly an impressive individual in terms of intelligence and, most importantly, honesty.

I do not think I’ve ever seen a politician just tell it like it is even as he exposes the dishonesty of his own party.

I really respect Ted Cruz for this. Honesty is a very rare characteristic to find in humans these days.

But I do not know if such a role is in the cards for him. As you say, if Hillary or anyone like her gets elected in 2016, it IS all over for America. I definitely agree with this, except to say that it may already be all over for America.

I know I sound like a pessimist or a defeatist or something along these lines, but it is really becoming apparent to me that what is going to end western civilization is its staggering dishonesty.

I have heard it said that lying is how we first begin to know the devil, and if that is the case, western civilization is the devil’s best friend forever.

I do believe there is a point at which a person or person can walk so far from the path that the way back cannot be found. I do not know if we are there yet, but the only way to find our way back is for us to find our way back.

It has happened yet, and whether or not it does remains to be seen.

Well, anthropologists who study primate behavior have noted that REAL intelligence is first demonstrated in Chimps and children at the age in which they learn to deceive. Chimps learn it earlier than humans, but we get to be much better at it in the end!!!

Ah I forgot to address the doctor.

I have respect for this man, he has done much good in his life. I do not think he has the killer instinct required to survive this game. I think if he plays, he will be eaten alive. His life and reputation would be utterly destroyed, and that would truly be a shame.

He and I do not agree on every single thing. He appears to be a bit soft on the 2nd amendment, and that is my #1 issue. Nonetheless, I would support him based upon the fact that he is a decent and kind human being, he is honest. He is not like any other person in Washington, and I believe that sending him there would be similar to pouring bleach in a cesspool.

Sadly he has already demonstrated that he cannot stand up to evil and simply tell it no right to its face. What he showed was that he has a hole in his armor, and that hole would be filled with every political dagger in the world faster than he could imagine.

Hmmm, that is an interesting point. I am not certain that it is real intelligence that is demonstrated at such time. Certainly, it is a form of intelligence, but I believe that real intelligence is demonstrated when a being realizes that truth is the only thing that matters.

Everything else is but an illusion, and simply is not there.

Hannity spanked Rubio last week. You have no political future if you can get spanked by Hannity.

Yes, agreed. It really is the base foundation of the pyramid.

It is the x factor that those who wish to take over cannot calculate, and that just drives them crazy.
