It was apparent back then that something was amiss.

I think one of the dealers closed was Number 1 in his region or something like that.

I would like to know what recourse these people have if it can be shown they were targeted because of affiliation.

I have no idea about recourse for those being forced out but if this could be proved in court it would be more proof of the blatant bias and corruption of Obama and his administration.

Hopefully Congressmen Mike Kelly and Jim Renacci stay on this and get some answers.

They can sue GM, the IRS, Obama, Holder, et al. GM will probably be the one that pays. Meaning the government will shuffle some of all of our money into GM to pay for this.
