My e-mail:
Dear Sir,
Your decision to terminate Reporter Larry Conners after he was abused by the IRS for asking probing questions of Mr. Obama is shameful, to say the least. This action proves to millions of viewers and others that the press is so far in the tank for the Obama administration and the Left in general that they don't realize they've grown gills. Hopefully, your station will either go out of business, lose their license or be sold to someone concerned with journalism, not partisanship. Also, I hope that you and anyone else responsible for this decision will be fired and made to feel the pain of Mr. Conners and millions of other unemployed Americans devastated by this government and the terrible economy.
Sincerely,
XXXX XXXXXX

Their e-mail response:
Thank you for contacting us about Larry Conners. Larry was a valued member of KMOV for a long time, and we will miss him.
For KMOV, there is no higher cause than unbiased, objective news reporting. It is what our viewers expect and it is what we work very hard to deliver. We can accept no less. Larry is certainly entitled to his opinion, but taking a personal political position on one of the Stations Facebook pages creates an appearance of bias that is inconsistent with important journalistic standards. Larrys departure has nothing to do with the particular position he took, but it does have to do with our belief that his actions made it impossible for him to report for KMOV on certain political matters going forward without at least an appearance of bias. Bringing you accurate and unbiased reporting is the reason we exist.
I understand that not everyone will agree with our decision. We appreciate our viewers, and thank you for contacting us.

Same canned response they already gave.
what did he say on their page?
That said, any employee who posts anything but “company business” on a company FB page, is not being smart. at all.
What, no F-bombs? Jeez, I would like to see some sizzle. :)
I make it a point to NEVER post anything on my employers Facebook or website.
That is a wise decision. I deleted my Facebook account 7 months ago. Nothing good can come from it. Too many people have been fired for posted comments. Not to mention it’s a colossal waste of time.
