Received this today. Thought it was too good not to share with fellow FReepers. The time to nip this in the bud in NOW! No more Islamic immigration, no more student visas from Islamic countries, no more mosques, shut down their terrorist training camps, and educate people about this cult. It is not a religion, it is a socio-political tyranny whose sole purpose is complete control of the individual, . . education is the key. Hiding under the veil that "We are a religion" is a bunch of crap. If We the People and our politicians don't come to grips with this, we are doomed.

I certainly believe that such a conversation could have taken place. But many folks have received forwarded emails that turn out to be only partially true, or not true at all.

The exchange is unlikely to have actually occurred. The Imam would never have answered any of the questions about Jihad truthfully to an infidel. But it made good reading.

I’m probably one of the few people that have “official” infidel status....

Several years ago when I was staying at the Marriot Hotel in Islamabad, I ordered a bottle of Scotch be sent to my room. (the hotel has no bar). Before they could send it to my room I had to sign a document that they were required to keep on file declaring that I’m not a Muslim and that I was an “Infidel”.

It’s not that I don’t find it in agreement with my sentiments. I do.

But merely saying what I might agree with does not make what is said accurate or true.

When I get something in an Email, I go and look for some original source for it. I never accept political messages in Email that I cannot find original sources for. Even when I do find a source, I often find the Email version has not been faithful to the source.
