IF this is true, and I have never heard of the source, it would help to explain why he generally has his Presidential Daily Brief (or whatever the term is) at 10-11AM. It is usually the first thing on his official schedule, and his schedule tends to be light and over early as well as starting late, except when he has political events.
Sorry, when I hear the name “Obama,” INEPT is the first word that comes to mind.
