More Damned Freeloaders

Obama is coming down hard on the immigration of educated White Europeans, but he is maintaing the purity and integrity of his ethnic minority immigrant policy.

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld his administration’s decision to deny asylum to the Romeike family, a religious German family that has been prosecuted and threatened with the loss of their children because of their belief in homeschooling.

The Romeike family fled their homeland in 2008 to avoid criminal prosecution for homeschooling. In 2010, they were granted asylum by Immigration Judge Lawrence O. Burman. His decision was overturned by the Board of Immigration Appeals in 2012. The Sixth Circuit listened to the appeal on April 23, and wrote a unanimous decision against the Romeike family.

The decision seems largely political and in step with the Progressive views of Obama toward White European Immigration and the collective indoctrination goals of public education.

The court acknowledges the Constitution respects the rights of parents to direct the education of their own children, but denies that the threats of heavy fines and the loss of the custody of their children, for insisting upon the right to homeschool, qualifies as persecution to a degree to warrant asylum in the United States.

It is terrible. That family should have stayed. I was commiserating with a German friend I have about it this morning.

Barry doesn’t like “typical” white people.

This is an easy fix. They can just change their names move to another city, sign up for all the government handouts available, and by the time they are found out, the press will write bleeding heart stories about how unfair America is. Well probably a little over the top, they are white, which is a crime in itself. But that gives them plenty of time to procreate a citizen.

They need to take a trip down to Mexico, then enter the country illegally.

Problem solved.

It’s time for a new kind of underground railroad.

Kind of interesting that obama is in effect, upholding a law that Hitler put into place, that has never been repealed.

This is terrible, both from the U.S. and Germany. People shouldn't have to flee a European country to homeschool. I feel even stronger about that since my father was from Germany, grew up under Hitler, and escaped from East Germany before it was walled in. During the Kermit Gosnell trial I started writing to the network news advertisers about the news blackout on the story, and that seemed to get more of a response than writing to the networks themselves. I've never gotten one response doing that. So many of the advertiser companies wrote back, and with concern. Now in this case, I'm going to start contacting some German companies and talk to them about what Germany has done to this family, and others who would want to homeschool. Definitely with liberals believing they can do as they want and just ignore Christians, going directly to corporations seems to be a good thing to do since the corporations still don't want their brands tarnished. If anyone else would like to contact some German companies about this, below as a reminder are some German companies. I'm going to be doing more research into it. VW
Bayer
Daimler
BMW
Mercedes
Random House/Bertelsmann
Thyssen Krupp
BASF
Audi
Lufthansa
Wacker
I also believe I've heard that Aldi's is German as well

Rubio, the Sen. from Florida whose parents came from Cuba, his immigration reform attempt is one big joke.

1. For instance, Rubio's sacred cow: If a Cuban---no other nationality---puts one foot on American soil, he is automatically an American citizen. Rubio won't touch it.

2. How sick is that, when Castro took over Cuba more than 50 years ago.

3. My point is this: If Cuban Rubio is serious about fixing the immigration problem, I say that he fight to repeal that Cuban foot-in-the-United States outdated law.

4. Can you imagine if we passed such a law for citizens of China and India and Pakistan and Iran and Iraq? I dare not think of the way our country would look like with such a law.

5. Are Americans so naive? Do we really think that giving amnesty to 11 to 30 million illegal immigrants would fix our problem forever?

6. Am to believe that if we pass amnesty, the lines along the Mexican border will suddenly disappear? Yeah, right.

7. I tell you what will happen: The line will only get longer.

8. And worse, in another ten or 20 years, there will be another outcry for us to give amnesty to another group of 10 to 30 million illegal aliens, and on and on every 10 years.

9. American Army: We could close the borders in a month if we would have the guts to use the Army.

10. Oh, many people will say, putting the army along the border will get Mexico and other Latin countries very mad.

11. They will look at such an action as an act of war.

12. Or worse, an innocent illegal immigrant might be accidentally killed, and then what?

13. Or, American soldiers and Mexican soldiers will start shooting at each other, and someone could accidentally be killed.

14. The Army: I laugh when I hear about the frustrating attempts to put up fences and use high-tech stuff on the border instead of using the Army. Those attempst will never work.

15. Sadly, yes, there may be serious accidents if the army is used, but we will no longer have 10 to 30 million illegals sneaking across the Mexican border without doing our best to stop it.

16. So, Rubio: If you are serious about immigration reform, first start by repealing that outdated Cuban one-foot-in the United States automatic citizenship law.

17. Army: Rubio, if you are serious, let us finally put the Army on the border for at least 5 years in order to control this illegal immigrant invasion once and for all.

18. A lot of Americans and non-Americans will scream bloody murder if we use the Army, but if we want to save our country, we must bite the bullet and use the Army for at least 5 years.

19. Lottery: How about a million person lottery each year to see who can apply for citizenship?

20. But all those illegals must first register at places in order to enter the lottery. This way, we can see where the illegals are coming from.

21. But the registration for the lottery is a one thing deal. That is, if you don't register within a certain time limit, you can never register again. That is, you can't register every year if you are not chosen by the lottery.

22. Your name just goes back into the database, and you are eligible for the next year's lottery.

23. A 1 million yearly lottery system would be better than the system we have now.
