All of it is great, but the beach paintings are wonderful. It was a different beach, but they make me long for summers of my youth. Especially the one with the catamaran on shore!

I took art classes all the way through school and on into college where I finally realized I would starve to death with my lack of true talent. The Air Force taught me telecommunications but my heart never strayed from my early appreciation of fine art. I am very impressed and envious of your work. A few of your pieces really blow me away. Thanks for posting this.

Those are great, Mike. Thanks for sharing them with us. “Helicopters” jumps out at me with those kids having a thrill ride. When you can see the excitement on a kid’s face, you’ve captured the moment.

I like the direction your eye takes you, very nice work, especially the flag painting.
It seemed remote, more of a memory, sort of like a seed in aestivation, somewhere out of the common grounds, a little sad but with hope.
anyway thats my take. What the hell do I know, I like it.
