One does not preclude the other. It is increasingly evident that Obama’s job is to implement policies designed by totalitarian statists, and serve as a “friendly black face” to thwart criticism of those policies. He’s no generator of big ideas, himself.

He’s definitely impeachable, but that might do more harm than good by blowing the lid off what is already a very disturbed situation in terms of race and culture divide.
The best way forward, I believe, is for the conservative movement to concentrate on bringing forward the best possible alternative to the Obama successor (and don’t count out a move to repeal the two-term limit) and make that Best Alternative the locked-in Republican/conservative nominee so far in advance of 2016 that momentum can shift to recovery.
I don’t claim this is easy, but surely the long line of stumbling GOP moderate under-achievers must now be at its end, and I don’t care how many pounds the governor of a certain northeast state sheds, the call goes out for a real heavyweight, and then I believe America can survive this nightmare.
In the meantime, vigilance and resistance are needed to keep this lunatic and his Marxist backers from doing any further damage. A form of house arrest and enforced lame-duck presidency-in-name-only should be imposed by the political opposition and it would help if foreign leaders would stop coming to Washington, what are they thinking, they must be able to see what a putz this guy is.
