One does not preclude the other. It is increasingly evident that Obama’s job is to implement policies designed by totalitarian statists, and serve as a “friendly black face” to thwart criticism of those policies. He’s no generator of big ideas, himself.
No, he doesn’t appear to be a brainiac. On the other hand, he’s not utterly stupid, either. Evil and malicious pretty much covers it.
