The bolt and scope look like it’s modded Mossberg Plinkster, of which we have one. Pretty nifty for inexpensive backyard (out in the country) target shooting.

I have that .22 rifle ,it’s an M16 look alike ,all that person did was remove the black paint ,cut the but off and hollow it out ,looks better as the M16 look alike , it did have carrying handle instead of scope
