If it is determied that Obama was not eligible...and not removed from office....we have legal precedent set. That would make it hard to remove Cruz if he was elected. And, only the most low info voter PhonyCon thinks the Dems will never raise a Cruz eligibility issue.

Actually, there was one other POTUS that was not an NBC, but I don't recall which one it was.

With respect the zero, Cruz and the NBC issue, I strongly agree with your contention that the Dems will not remain silent. First, Cruz knows he doesn't meet the eligibility requirement and will probably never allow himself to be put in the position of having to defend it. But, let's assume that he does, just for grins.

The Dems will go after his eligibility issue like a pack of starving dogs at a barbeque. What falls in THEIR lap is ok, but if the same thing falls in OUR lap, it's attack time. And, whom do you think the press will support??

Since before zero's first term I have been stating that our government is irreparably broken and cannot be fixed at the ballot box. Too much corruption, manipulation and cheating on both sides. It is now becoming more evident to conservatives that the way our government is run is so screwed up, so corrupt and not the way that the Founding fathers ever intended. At some point we will have to make a choice between out-and-out revolt or seceding and forming the Republic of the United States of Conservative America in which the Constitution is restored as the law of the land with a few minor tweaks (see my About page to check the tweaks I think are needed). IMO, the problems will not be corrected any other way. The GOP is incredibly weak and spineless and is overseeing its own demise before our eyes and the Tea Party is not willing to become a formal political party that true conservatives can endorse and support.

So, where does this leave us? At the moment, we are literally up the creek without a paddle . . . . . . . . and the current is picking up speed.
