Funny, there's nothing about this on Google... It sounds like nobody from Tinley Park is talking about it.
I remember back around 15 years ago when somebody on talk.politics.guns posted a story about this kind of thing happening in Peebles, Ohio.
I wrote to my congress-critter asking him to look into it. Turns out it was BS. This may be too.
