Alabama Democratic Party Submits Different Obama Birth Certificate In Ballot Challenge Appeal

In a unusual rare move, the Alabama Democratic Party has submitted a amicus brief in the McInnish Goode v Chapman Appeal case. The reason being is most likely because the Alabama Supreme Court has Chief Justice Roy Moore presiding over it. He supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin during his court martial. Another worry for them is another justice named Tom Parker. He once opined in a prior McInnish case:

"McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."

This has reasons for the Alabama Democratic Party to be alarmed. In the amicus brief, the Alabama Democratic Party attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence submitted by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief” and stated:

"A county sheriff from Arizona is not an “official source” of anything in Alabama."

One thing that stands out in the amicus brief filed, specifically on page 33 is something new. It's a Barack Obama long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something not seen before. It's not the normal security paper backing that the Hawaii Dept. Of Health has been using. It is raising a lot of questions that even has Obama supporters baffled. I disagree. This matter should be pursued even after Obama leaves office. If proven, lawsuits can still happen and if the GOP takes the WH criminal investigation of DNC can occur to determine how this fraud was pulled off. Could be. I've stood next to a postal canceling machine more than once where the letters and cards being fed in instantly turned to excelsior.

No one knows why that happened ~ but after a good 25 years of being near cancelers, they stopped doing it, at least while I was around.

You can still go to a post office near your home and get a form or two to complete which I designed maybe 20 to 30 years ago. They're still fresh, easy to use, informative, and, lo and behold, they should already be saying "2013" on them!

The issue at hand is a hand dater or round dater ~ and why it might be screwed up. I can assure you that can happen ~ the USPS is not perfect. Sometimes they manage to buy junk. Back in the 1970s we decided to get into the use of hand stamp systems that used an ink that penetrated the plastic ~ you could use one of those thousands of times. The older hand dater, though, was not as robust as we wanted and they began purchasing metal frame hand daters ~ a bit larger, and they required changing dates each day with the zip of a strip. The older one, if the old date was worn, you had to cut out with your handy dandy butterfly knife (still prohibited on airplanes) ~ and sometimes the wooden handle would be weakened through years of use, and next thing you know you'd have a piece of junk. Post offices on the end of the line ~ Honolulu, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Houston ~ they were always loathe to toss junky equipment. You'd visit them and they had decades old unused forms (No longer current) wrapped up and saved against the day they might run out of the current form and we wouldn't send them a new, fresh run!!!!

I think that's a universal problem ~ Beetle Bailey's Camp Swampy comes to mind.

There are several experts around who can discuss the dating equipment then used in post offices ~ and they can do it for days on end. I've seen everything, but I"m sure they could add to my storehouse of knowledge. But it did look like another clerk off the main track patched up another piece of junk ~ doing what she did normally ~ and Obama told the truth once ~ that he went to that post office ~ but so stoked he didn't even know what day it was.

Lets continue with debating these "facts". He WAS elected, then REELECTED. This in itself means absolutely nothing from a legal standpoint. The U.S. Constitution, Twentieth Amendment, Section Three is an instruction to Congress naming an interim President in the event of two circumstances. 1. If the President Elect shall have died before taking the oath of office, or 2. If the President Elect "shall have failed to qualify".

There is no such person as a President Elect until Congress has ratified the electoral college results and named someone as President Elect. Before this happens, someone simply has more electoral college votes than someone else.

Since it takes the act of ratifying the electoral college votes by Congress in order for a President Elect to be named, the portion of Section Three dealing with a "President Elects" failure to qualify has nothing to do with the election results. The fact is that the only thing left in the Constitution having to do with "qualifications" are the eligibility requirements from Article Two.

Congress is instructed to name an interim President if the President Elect fails to qualify. This means that they, Congress, must be made aware of whether or not they have to act. If the President Elect cannot prove to Congress that he meets the eligibility requirements of Article Two, he/she can NEVER be a legal President. He/She thus becomes a Usurper. This is all fact.

shows a birth date of Aug 4, 1961, the exact date of genuine birth certificate with Obama's right foot print on it.

Here's something to ponder.

I think it more likely that the trip from Kenya actually occurred in August 1961, shortly after BHO-II's birth at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
Ann and her newborn son flew from Nairobi to London, via BOAC Flight BA162 and then took the non-stop BOAC flight from London to Vancouver, Canada.
She then traveled the 110 miles or so, across the border, to Seattle in time to start Fall Semester, night-school extension classes at the University of Washington.
The trip would be challenging for a new mother, but she was young, healthy, intelligent, and capable.
