While many people might immediately dismiss the concept, any student of true and unadulterated history has to eventually admit this fact: Governments exploit crisis. Sometimes, they merely take advantage of the ensuing chaos and aftermath of a disaster they had nothing to do with directly. Other times, they create those disasters themselves in order to engineer social and political opportunity.
In regard to the recent bombing of the Boston Marathon, which killed three people and injured at least 140, I have asked “Who do they plan to blame?” The unaware and naïve will state that “They will blame the true culprit behind the attack, of course!” Unfortunately, in the past couple decades I have seen numerous terrorist attacks where the blame was NOT placed on the true culprit, or, the blame was extended to totally uninvolved groups and organizations in order to politicize the event. Governments (especially our government) squeeze each man-made disaster like a ripe papaya until every drop of sweet advantage can be collected. They use our fear and confusion as license to attack a predetermined list of targets that may or may not have had anything to do with the original event. They tell the story in a way that suits their end-line interests, and the last thing they are concerned with is helping the public to “understand”. In the end, what average citizens see as an authoritative analysis on the facts from their “loving” leaders is in reality nothing more than an exercise in fantasy....

They’re praying to Saint Lenin that it was a Tea Party redneck who done it and not a jihadist. If it turns out to be a jihadist, they’ll declare him “mentally unstable” anything to divert and confuse.
If this stays in the media for weeks, they're on a track to blame the Tea Party or some other "right wing" group. If the media reports suddenly dry up and die off, I'd bet the indicators point to a muslim terrorist group. And the media wouldn't want to report that , might possibly make Zero look bad. Can't have that, no!
Worse.. Tea Party ‘right wing extremists’. When Janet Napolitano somehow seems to ALREADY know this is not part of some larger plot, that tells you the narrative has already been established. The ‘20 year old Saudi’ was just bait to entrap believers in the War on Terror against Muslims to look like idiots and cause guilt for thinking it was Islamic extremism.

The left is dying to blame “right wingers.” If it turns out to be a “right winger” the repression starts.

3. Republicans in general for cutting funding for something that may have prevented it.
4. Guns (Don’t believe me, it happened already with a two bit comedian named Jay Mohr). The connection will start with the Newtown parents’ involvement in the marathon. The last mile was dedicated to the Newtown kids, there were t-shirts and an organization which espoused running 26 miles for the 26 dead...and some of the parents were in the grandstand. This will be enough for the media to segue into our ‘culture of violence’, etc...and blame guns.
This should happen fairly quickly, and gather intensity for as long as the true bomber’s identity isn’t known. They want to build up the meme before the real truth gets out. I’ve already seen clips yesterday of Oklahoma City and the Atlanta bombing...conspicuously absent were any of the unibomber attacks, and certainly not Bill Ayers.
Remember, the average idiot on the street believes:
1. GOP opposed civil rights
2. GOP got us into Viet Nam
3. FDR got us out of the depression
4. Giffords was shot by a Palin Supporter
