This source is certified to testify in Federal Courts throughout the nation.
I think you’ve misunderstood the argument. He’s arguing that the reason there is so much difficulty getting a hold of the original long form is because it is sealed, as is the standard practice with adoptions. He’s not talking about the short form one that Obama presented.
