If it is “unconstitutional” to do background checks on voters or to charge them a “fee” to vote, then it sure as hell is “unconstitutional” to do it to those Americans exercising their Second Amendment rights.

A reasonable, logicical point.

Methinks, they would find a way around via some provision of the General Welfare clause - or some such nonsense...

Agree and I hope this will be used to legally challenge this assault to the second amendment.
