With tighter and more restrictive gun laws going into effect, as many as a dozen legislators contacted the State Capitol Police because they were concerned for their safety.

there were 8 or 9 when i ordered it about 10 days ago, three in the $125-$225 range, $85 was the cheapest one and rated acceptable meaning only that there were no pages missing but well used

Good question. I’ve read somewhere that it was but sent a note to the author to verify. You can also buy it at accuratepress.net. When I hear back from Mr. Ross I will post it on this thread.
