There’s an article out today by this same expert at http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/a-north-korean-nuclear-pearl-harbor , noting how wrong the CIA has been regarding nuclear capabilities. I don’t know if he would know the same about the military. Does our military intelligence know that Russia has NOT aided North Korea with super EMP’s?
