In Harare, the Zanu PF do Mugabe's deeds as directed. Americorps and Obama's civilian force should just be relabeled the Potomac PF. They are not militarized yet, but it's opportunities like this that pave the way. Those billions of rounds of ammo and APC's are not for collecting dust.
