He said he just found out yesterday that he was denied, and the reason they gave him was ‘budget cuts’.The BLM is going to start doing this to everyone who wants to film on BLM land, not just this guy.

I read that around Thanksgiving a bunch of the Harrison clan went partying at Glamis and left a ton of garbage....they ended up paying a fine.
