This. I love Hardcore Pawn for the idiots that show up and demand $300 for a fake ear ring.

We watch Hardcore Pawn too but I absolutely hate the family fights. Fighting with the customers is the fun part because the cr*p they bring is ......cr*p.

I watch both shows. Hardcore Pawn is absolutely hysterical. It's Detroit in a microcosm.

Rick is OK, but I can’t abide that son of his, “big hoss”. What a smartass...and spoiled brat.

How does Hardcore Pawn make money? It has to be on their TV contract because the garbage they take in is a bunch of worthless junk. At least the stuff they take in in LV at Pawn Stars, is collectible antiques. Rarely do I see anything I would buy from Rick and the boys but at least it has value.

When conservatives are in power, we don’t punish our opposition like this. I am ready for us to start. Payback should be a b... Something Obama ate in his youth.

hardcore pawn is all about the idiots that bring in the items

I watched it a couple of times and then realized those idiots are the face of Obama's america (small A on purpose) and the country's future. (sadly)

If you think Pawn Stars is bad for bickering, try Hard Core Pawn in Detroit. Those people are nuts

Hmmm... I wonder how much money the government could get for selling the land? Could it reduce the debt entirely?

I got a kick out of the Hardcore pawn episode where a lady tries to pawn some jewelry her “man” gave her that was fake. She called her man and he convinced her it was real and that Seth didn’t know what he was talking about. One can only imagine what greeted that guy when he got home that night...

All reality shows are scripted and not shot randomly or candidly. There is always some sort of friction or conflict among the characters or these shows would be like watching paint dry....boring! People think that a camera crew just shoots the daily lives or happenings of the stars of the shows and the results are shown on the air, but that is not how it works. There is a lot of hard work to make them interesting and the people who star in them work long, hard hours to make what they do into an interesting show. Scenes are staged, scripted and altered to bring drama and energy to the program. The subject matter of the reality shows are part of the hook, but most of it is the characters and their interactions and relationships. But the bottom line is that reality shows are not real. They are produced just like any other TV program.

I think “Seth” is a twink. And he always wears that same long-sleeved, black shirt with the white pinstripes.

“Les” seems like an old-school guy that you wouldn’t want to scrap with. He seems like a cool cat.

And “Ashley” is in permanent PMS

I read that around Thanksgiving a bunch of the Harrison clan went partying at Glamis and left a ton of garbage....they ended up paying a fine.

I understand that they are not real, I was just stating the parts that I like and don’t like. They could leave out the family fights and I would like it better, both shows.

I am always surprised that the black people will agree to make their race look so bad on Hardcore Pawn. They must get paid a lot.
