Mexico currently is a country under siege by drug runners. Unless you wish to enter a conflict where half of our people support the enemy, I suggest you abandon the idea of reciprocity with Mexico. There’s no way we can afford the amnesty of 40 million uneducated people. As it is they are dragging us into a depression.

That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. Oh fer cry sakes look up the word reciprocity it is clear you have no idea what it means, does, or is.
