Exhibit A: HRS 338-17.7 (emphasis mine)

§338-17.7 Establishment of new certificates of birth, when. (a) The department of health shall establish, in the following circumstances, a new certificate of birth for a person born in this State who already has a birth certificate filed with the department and who is referred to below as the “birth registrant”:
(1) Upon receipt of an affidavit of paternity, a court order establishing paternity, or a certificate of marriage establishing the marriage of the natural parents to each other, together with a request from the birth registrant, or the birth registrant’s parent or other person having legal custody of the birth registrant, that a new birth certificate be prepared because previously recorded information has been altered pursuant to law;
(2) Upon receipt of a certified copy of a final order, judgment, or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction that determined the nonexistence of a parent and child relationship between a person identified as a parent on the birth certificate on file and the birth registrant;
(3) Upon receipt of a certified copy of a final adoption decree, or of an abstract of the decree, pursuant to sections 338-20 and 578-14;
(4) Upon receipt of an affidavit of a physician that the physician has examined the birth registrant and has determined the following:
(A) The birth registrant’s sex designation was entered incorrectly on the birth registrant’s birth certificate; or
(B) The birth registrant has had a sex change operation and the sex designation on the birth registrant’s birth certificate is no longer correct; provided that the director of health may further investigate and require additional information that the director deems necessary; or
(5) Upon request of a law enforcement agency certifying that a new birth certificate showing different information would provide for the safety of the birth registrant; provided that the new birth certificate shall contain information requested by the law enforcement agency, shall be assigned a new number and filed accordingly, and shall not substitute for the birth registrant’s original birth certificate, which shall remain in place.
(b) When a new certificate of birth is established under this section, it shall be substituted for the original certificate of birth. Thereafter, the original certificate and the evidence supporting the preparation of the new certificate shall be sealed and filed. Such sealed document shall be opened only by an order of a court of record. I’m hoping that the CPAC folks that Mike Zullo spoke with (and I don’t know who they are) will process this information. We need to get this information to the members of Congress and urge them to appoint an independent federal investigator/prosecutor to investigate these crimes, which could include crimes by AG Eric Holder himself, as this article implies.

So far there has not been a peep from either Fogbow or Dr. Conspiracy regarding the “Putting-it-all-together” series I’ve been posting this week. That is the same response I’ve gotten from them regarding the documented HDOH falsification of the 1960-64 birth index. The tactic is to let the tree fall in the forest since you can’t stop it, but just make sure nobody hears the tree fall. If nobody hears it, it may as well have never happened.

So we need to let these facts be heard. They can’t refute them so they will ignore them. Let’s go on the offensive, most importantly with the genuine conservatives who have shown a willingness to lead.

Absolutely disgusting. In tyrannies the labels always say the exact opposite of what is really being done. The Department of Justice becomes the Department of Injustice. Law enforcement becomes law non-enforcement. Department of Homeland Security becomes Department of Homeland Insecurity. Department of Defense becomes Department of Non-Defense...

BTW, thank you for your information on legally-fabricated BC’s. I resisted for a long time because I didn’t understand but now I understand. What was posted to the White House website was altered from what the HDOH gave Obama, but what they gave him was fabricated as you’ve said. That will be sorted out in the next articles also.

Thank you for your prayers and everything else you’ve done to help on this issue. Aaron’s hands are every bit as important as Moses’, because when Moses’ arms grow tired and fail, Aaron’s hands hold Moses’ arms up.

I ask that the Lord intervene in the hearts and minds of a group of leaders who will recognize the tremendous gift of God that this nation and its freedoms have been, so they will have the knowledge, courage, conviction, and wisdom to keep their vows to the US Constitution and stand up for justice and the rule of law. Political leaders, law enforcement leaders, citizen leaders, and media leaders.

I pray also that the Lord would bring the people of America to repentance and a new understanding of the nature of man and the reality and nature of God. I pray that the Holy Spirit would create a hunger that can only be quenched by the Lord’s own truth, justice, and love, and that would lead them to realize that what the world gives us of truth, justice, and love disappoints and hurts us because we are fallen humanity and not God, and even our very best is filthy in comparison to the true God and what He offers us.

So... I’m sitting here thinking about all the opposition I’ve come across from fellow Freepers who think Ted Cruz is somehow “magically” a Natural Born citizen even though he was born in another country to a non-U.S. citizen father.

So, I’ve got to ask, if one considers Ted Cruz an Article II, Section 1 “Natural Born” citizen, then, to paraphrase Hillary, what difference, at this point, does it make even if Obama WERE discovered to have born in Kenya?

After all, if—as numerous Freepers around here have been more than quick to jump down my throat and “set me straight” on—(if) they consider Cruz to be a Natural Born Citizen, then they certainly can’t have any problems with Obama being born in Kenya.

...Anywhoooo, I’m just venting a little. Not directing it at any one particular person. Just had to get it out there and off my chest.

Yes, the views are inconsistent. Cruz sounds like a great guy. I think we’re desperate for a leader. But the Constitution has to come first. Without the rule of law we will turn great guys like Cruz into corruptocrats.

At this point, for Obama, he has to get rid of the rule of law because he is guilty of quite a few felonies, and so are his pals. If America ever got back the rule of law, they would all be in trouble. I think they’re pretty much gunning for it - taking things so fast that America will reach the point of no return before the next election. But that speed may well be what does them in. The wolf may cast off his sheep’s clothing too soon...

Part Three: The Law Enforcement Provision

Part 1 documented deliberate red flags placed into Virginia Sunahara’s fabricated death certificate by a HDOH worker, which is presumably that worker’s protest at being ordered to illegally falsify records. Similar red flags are found in the BC’s of Ah Nee and Obama (more on Obama’s later).

Part 2 documented that 4 of the 6 Aug 1961 BC#’s on legal documents issued by the HDOH could not have been the BC’s originally assigned in 1961. The anomalous BC#’s revealed so far belong to Virginia Sunahara, Johanna Ah Nee, Barack Obama, and Stig Waidelich. Obama’s BC# had to belong to the 3rd Honolulu birth after Gretchen Nordyke, which was almost certainly Stig Waidelich.

I do hope your wish comes to past. You have for one, tirelessly pursuit in many details, solid reasons, for the Congress,
to carefully consider when a very big crime has come to past, in the election of a POTUS.
I have on occasions voiced to some at FR, the disappointment I have found since pre 2008, in how the Kenyan was given a total pass.

My insignificant replies to some has been in effect. So what will Congress do about this crime. I in no way wanted to insinuate that I did not find all that has been brought forth on this issue,
of an insignificant measure. On the contrary. I do wish the commie never was given the chance to be where he is now based on what has surfaced.

Every state and federal official takes office by making an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. Every minute that Obama is in office, every appointment he makes, every executive order, every ally he alienates, every law he signs.... is one more crime against America that EVERY state and federal official aids and abets, if they are aware of his ineligibility.

I believe it was Ted Cruz who said he couldn’t believe how demoralized the R’s in Congress are, like they’ve given up and think they can’t do anything.

Scientists have done tests on animals where they close a gate and after so many times of the animal trying to get through the gate and finding it closed, the animal will not try the gate even though it is left wide open. Their own expectations keep them locked inside. I feel like that describes the people who love America and are appalled at what is being done to her - America-lovers from ALL parties. If the America-lovers would hear and believe the truth and unite for what really matters, as they temporarily did when we were attacked by Al Qaeda on 9-11-01, they may find that the door is open now, even though it has seemed closed.

This is why Soros threatened the conservative media on this issue. He has to keep the society as a whole from knowing that 2008 was a coup to install a foreign enemy combatant in our White House. He has to silence the facts.

But he can’t silence all of us. We are the last line of defense. If we can’t hold the foundation together, then it’s pointless to try to stop the walls from falling as well. If we surrender this, we surrender everything. I think people realize that instinctively. They see that there is no will to fight and so they give up on everything. We’re waiting while the definition of marriage depends on one possibly-closeted-gay chief justice who was already threatened into calling Obamacare a tax. Today it’s the definition of marriage, but it will soon be whether a foreign enemy combatant in our White House can assassinate me by butterfly drone while I sleep in my bed, because I’m pointing out uncomfortable things about that usurper. We’re letting ONE MAN decide whether America still exists!

I was looking at news stories from 2009, which will come up in the next article in this series. It felt like a different world. I read about the Tax Day Rally in DC, the townhall events, etc. People acted alive, as if what they did could make a difference. That is gone. Mentally, we are already under communism because we’ve already decided that the gate is closed. Our biggest enemy is our own belief that it’s over, because if at any point we rose up vocally against what happened we could get the same result as we got when Anthony Weiner exposed his weiner. Why can we rise up against something so small but sit by and do nothing against something as big as a foreign enemy combatant?

I think it’s because what Goebbels said was correct: people will accept a big lie before they will accept a little one. We need to convince people of the “little lies” that were used to complete the 2008 coup, so that they can add all those pennies together and see that it makes a dollar, and thus believe that our society, like the German one, swallowed a very, very big lie that will destroy us from within unless we fight back and defeat it.

That’s what this series is all about. I’m trying to take things in bite-sized portions so that a person can look at each penny and see how they pile up to an unimpeachable dollar. The people who are new to DC may still be American in their hearts and minds. We need to get to them before the sewer gas of DC gets to them. We need them to add up the pennies and resolve to LEAD US. There are TONS OF US who would be foot-soldiers, if we had somebody to LEAD US. Unite the clans, Robert the Bruce!

Unfortunately, the CPAC folks will probably take that information, stick it in a drawer, and try to forget about it. Someone posted recently that Fred Thompson said that every one of them knew in 2008 that Obama was not qualified.

Why would they do anything about it now?

Does anyone know how the Witness Protection Program create new BCs? Certainly they aren’t this sloppy. You’d think if the government workers who do this work have it down pat so that’s another red flag that hussein and his handlers didn’t use those workers but did this on their own and most certainly it wasn’t approved by the real American government.
