I asked the man behind the National Park desk what restriction I should expect, and if I had to drop off my bags. He (demeanor of E-7 or above) said I should just be courteous and respectful.
I said that was not a problem as Kerry was not yet buried here, and I didn’t feel as strongly about Ted Kennedy. He squinted, screwed his face up, paused a few seconds, and then laughed. Said it wasn’t a problem sir, we’ll see when you get back.
