So the people's house is now unavailable because of the sequester, but they still have plenty of money for calligraphers in the 21st Century.
There's a slight problem with all of this...
I thought that was the case...it’s all kabuki theater...
But let’s give them the benefit of doubt and say there were increased security costs associated with giving tours...
In which case, how many officers have been laid off?
How much less overtime is being paid?
Make up your own scenario and ask the same questions...
We’re being played.
The WH claims the tours were cancelled because they could no longer afford the Secret Service details necessary for them. That’s BS, of course, but it has nothing to do with the volunteers.
Obama is known for his lies, this is just another in a long line of lies.
1) There are no cuts just a reduction in the annual increase.
2) The WH tours are run by volunteers.
3)The "cuts" did not cause the WH tours to end, that was Obama's doing and it was completely unnecessary.
4) The "cuts" will only affect the Secret Service details necessary for the tours.
5) The $250 million John Kerry promised the Muslim extremist government of Egypt who hates us would have funded the Secret Service tours for roughly 18,000 days or 49 years at current costs.
6) Liberals by nature are very stupid people.
This is just one more step to it being el dictator’s house and not the US citizens’ house.
Since we own the damned house, we should lock the doors and let him stay at the local motel 6.
Petty and spiteful, or due to the sequester? After over four years of him, we’re very familiar with his ‘ethos’ or modus operandi.
He ordered it. Enjoy your latest fabulous vacation, Obama. And the wagyu steak and SS cabana boys.
