I’m willing to bet the US Military will NOT be used to confiscate the guns because they are Constitution friendly. I bet it will be DHS. Maybe the reason for all those APCs and ammo they’ve bought lately.
The military would step in and seize the government. Free elections would follow, minus the Democratic party.
Obama planned to starve the military out first, defund it so its not of any threat to him.
Or his Muslim Brotherhood agenda.
Do not underestimate the psychological power play in effect here. Waco massacre over a barrel that was one inch longer than legal. Women and children died there while their attackers heard them scream. It is foolish to believe it will not occur again. One inch. Nazi death camps full of innocents. It is simple, depersonalize “the enemy” and there will be enough force and manpower willing to do the job.

I spent some time looking at surveys regarding how bloggers try to excerpt their material on FreeRepublic for hits and statistical data regarding how many readers skip over those excerpted articles.
My research on this does not qualify as “news.”
It will not be the military but the jack booted wanna bees that did not make the cut for the military.
The Nappy trained DHS and Obama Brown Shirt Brigades and others in the National Guard who will not step down. Like during Katrina, Waco and Ruby Ridge and countless other home invasions, these are the type who we will encounter doing the knock knocks and driving the newly purchased vehicles. These are the types who will be flying the drones overhead.
Time to start doing the research is now.
I don’t think he’s going to ask the military. I think he’s going to lock the military down, and use DHS and Federal LEOs to do the dirty work, backed up by 2500 MRAPs.
Discussion: As important as range time is do we all want to expend what ammo we have, even range dedicated ammo for target shooting at a time we cannot replace the ammo due availability?

As a veteran I monitor a lot of service related blogs and social media in relation to opinions and current activity of active duty guys. If the unthinkable were to happen I’m completely convinced the hard core “boots on the ground” types will do what’s right. And I’m talking about the 11B’s, Marines and Special Forces types, not the POG’s sitting behind desks and filing out paperwork. The hardcore guys that are literally on the line know a lawful order from an unlawful order and they are VERY vocal about this issue. They DO keep up with current events. In one recent posting I’ve seen they were discussing the easiest way to take out those military grade vehicles that DHS just purchased. I’m not worried about our brothers in arms. they would be one of our best assets along with us veterans.
They will start in the ghettos, disarming the “violent”. After the troops are desensitized, they will move on to softer objectives...
In 1917, the Russian Czar ordered his troops to fire on their own people. Instead, the military joined the insurrection.
The mere fact that we don’t KNOW what the military will do speaks volumes. And the DHS, SSA, NOAA, etc. doing the job, are there enough people available to search every home, every apartment, every business in the country? Not in any reasonable time frame to prevent “shuffling” weapons around.
I know that Elmer Fudd and his regime have no regard for our freedoms and they will create another crisis, if need be, to strip us of all our freedoms. There is only safety in groups. Pitched battles can’t be kept secret; individual firefights can.
It won’t be the MILITARY, boys and girls—it’ll be our Obamaneighbors and friends in HOMELAND “security” that do the deed.
It will be bangitybang bang bang using all that “homeland secure” ammo they have been buying lately. As in enough to fight the war in Afganistan for THIRTY YEARS.
Lock and load. It’s comin’.

Obama cannot understand the principles that are the United States of America. He was not raised here. He sees governments and governing from the perspective of someone who grew up in a Third World country. He looks on this country as just something for him to control and rule. Obama is no different than any Third World Despot; he wants no checks and balances, he just wants to rule by decree.
He sees gun control as a threat to his continued reign. Arms in the hands of citizens will be the only barrier to his imposition of totalitarianism and the genocide of all who oppose him.
