Note the addresses that belong to both, "Barack Soetoro" (not Barry) and to Barack Obama as of 02/2010. It is an address in NYC at Columbia University. These were pulls that were completed using ACXIOM.

Documents had to be altered on 02/2010 at Columbia for there to be two separate indexes to be created

This would mean he was using BOTH names in close proximity to one another, time-wise.

All the more reason to “book ‘em Dano “.

Has anyone uncovered any Indonesian adoption papers?

Adoptions papers are typically sealed. We know Obama was listed as an Indonesian citizen on his school record and there's nothing AFTER that to show that he stopped being an Indonesian citizen.

The state of Hawaii has verified his birth there on eight occasions.

Except that none meet the legal standards under the rules of evidence.

Two press releases by former Director of Health Chiyome Fukino ...

Only one claimed Obama was born in Hawaii, but it did so on the basis of multiple unknown records. If Obama's COLB was legit, there should only be one record on file.

one CNN television interview by Dr. Fukino

Which falls under the category of hearsay. Feel free to provide a link. Is this supposed to be the interview with msnbc where she said Obama's birth certificate was half-handwritten, while the document Obama released is NOT??

three Letters of Verification by state Registrar of Vital Statistics Alvin Onaka

Only one says he was born in Hawaii, but NONE say that his alleged birth records are "correct" or "true" copies as is required under the rules of evidence.

one press release by current Health Director Loretta Fuddy to accompany release of the long form

The press release doesn't say whether the documents are legally correct and comply with federal rules of evidence, and second, it distorts what the law allows in Hawaii, and third, she made a qualified claim that his alleged birth in Hawaii was "further" proved, which means nothing since it has NEVER been legally proved to begin with.

one radio interview by former Governor Linda Lingle

Lingle was caught making an outright false statement, because she claimed that Obama's birth at Kapiolani was announced in the October 2008 news release from Chiyome Fuknino, except that news release did not even say Obama was born in Hawaii, much less at Kapiolani Hospital. Why did she lie??

Sorry, 8 X NOTHING is still NOTHING. NONE of these claims were made through testimony in court and no legal, certified birth certificate has ever been presented in court. Under the rules of evidence, this only amounts to hearsay.

Here’s a link to the Fukino CNN interview. Sorry that you may have to watch a 30 second commercial first.

The Letter Of Verification from Registrar Onaka to Ken Bennett, Secretary of State of Arizona states that Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and also verifies the birth hospital, time of birth and ten other data points on the original birth record.

The school registration application for Santo Fransiskus Asisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia also lists Honolulu, Hawaii as the birthplace. Minors can’t lose US citizenship through the actions of adult parents or guardians.

I can't get it to come up at all right. It doesn't matter however because anything she says to a reporter is still hearsay. Second, this doesn't jibe with the official stance of the Department of Health who had consistently said they could NOT disclose ANY information from the birth certificate.

The Letter Of Verification from Registrar Onaka to Ken Bennett, Secretary of State of Arizona states that Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and also verifies the birth hospital, time of birth and ten other data points on the original birth record.

Well not exactly. Bennett sent the DOH their standard vital records request form, which contains information that he wanted to have verified, but was NOT included in the letter of verification he received. He did list out several items in addition to what was on their request form, but he clearly asked to have ALL of the information on the form verified. Second, Alvin T. Onaka Ph.D.'s letter switches terminology on verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii. He says that this was in a "birth certificate" ... all the other information he was said was on a certificate of live birth. Now, why would he go to such great lengths to carefully itemize and "verify" the information, but NOT use the same terminology for the place of birth?? And it STILL does NOT comply with the rules of evidence in stating that the form is a true copy, which Bennett specifically requested. This is part of the reason Kobach did not find that letter to be compelling in the Kansas objection.

The school registration application for Santo Fransiskus Asisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia also lists Honolulu, Hawaii as the birthplace.

Yes, I'm sure that Lolo Soetoro was told his adopted son was born there when he filled out the form (or gave the information to the school). There's no question that there was an attempt to create this story, but it's not legal proof of birth.

Minors can’t lose US citizenship through the actions of adult parents or guardians.

A) There's no proof Obama had U.S. citizenship to lose. B) That hasn't always been true. In Wong Kim Ark, the court admits that parents can renounce the citizenship of a child:

neither he nor his parents acting for him ever renounced his allegiance to the United States

... C) The state department has little power to protect the citizenship of a person who has been adopted into a foreign country that does NOT recognize dual citizenship; and D) this is a moot point if Obama retained and exercised his sole Indonesian citizenship as an adult. At this point, there's nothing to indicate any change from the Indonesian citizenship listed on that school form.

Your point well taken and I realized afterward that this could be.

I remember the wartime story of the biggest hoax (so it was said) by the allied powers. It was describe as "The Man Who Never Was".

I respect the office of the Presidency of course. The whole past aspect of the now incumbent president "gets curiouser and curiouser" (Alice In Wonderland).

Yes, and who would want to use two different names at the same time?

One for one type of benefit, and one for another?

Or more likely Criminal purposes?

I think the only place aliases are normally seen are on rap sheets :(

“Book ‘em!”

I found some more evidence that he’s lied about his Columbia record. According to his 1998 bio with University of Chicago (and for many years later until he sought to enter then national scene), he listed his graduation date as 1988. Maybe there’s a reason nobody remembers him...

He’s also one of the only faculty members that doesn’t list a birth year.

If a Republican did that, the MSM would have made it a huge issue. Instead they investigated Joe the Plumber and Palin’s Down Syndrome kid.

I think he is legal. I also think his father is Frank Marshall Davis.
I believe he faked “foreign” status to get into Columbia, necessitating
the cover up of multiple lies.
Irregardless - he’s a lazy, lying, pos.

The address, 2960 Broadway, is at the corner of 116th St. and Broadway. That’s inside the Columbia University Campus. It’s the address of Dodge Hall. Today there’s the School of the Arts there. Other departments used to be housed there. The following two links give the story and show a photo of the building. If Obama/Soetoro got his mail there, rather than at a home address, that itself is an interesting item for speculation as to why. Was he away from New York for periods of time while enrolled at Columbia? Also of interest is the fact that the address of Columbia’s School of General Studies is 2970 Broadway, today in Lewisohn Hall. Most who believe Obama actually attended Columbia figure he would have been enrolled in the School of General Studies, where people could take classes by signing up and paying for them.
