Appearing on CNN Wednesday, the Washington Posts Bob Woodward said a very senior person at the White House warned him that he would regret doing this, referring to his outspoken criticism of President Barack Obamas handling of the impending forced cuts known as the sequester.
I think theyre confused, Woodward told CNN host Wolf Blitzer. Woodward apparently went on to criticize Obama further over the sequester the same day he received the warning from the White House.
It makes me very uncomfortable for the White House to be telling reporters, you are going to regret doing something that you believe in, he added. Its Mickey Mouse.
CNN invited a White House official to debate Woodward on-air, but the offer was declined,

Just another old white guy I guess...used to be cool...
Are they going to drone him?
Hows’ the ticker Bob?
Wrong guy to threaten, White Hut/Crib moron muzzie, even thru a flunkie proxie. This is gonna bite Barry in the ass.
He needs to avoid parks and walking alone
RE: This is gonna bite Barry in the ass.
Worse comes to worst, Obama can always distance himself from this “senior official” (Woodward refuses to name him in the interview).
Someone please remind me. Who is White House Chief of Staff since Lew is going to Treasury?

You mean like Breitbart?
Well, the White House has a reputation for threatening reporters, as well as talk show hosts. Look how hysterical talk show hosts get if a caller wants to discuss Obama’s eligibility.
Woodward's still a hero to many on the left, so offing him may not be their best option. They'll have to destroy his reputation, character and credibility, so I wouldn't be surprised if some pictures of little kids mysteriously found their way onto his laptop.
It's the Soviet thing to do.
This a definite win-win situation for those of us that want to see both get torn to bits and flung to the winds.
Even Al-Reuters took noticed:

Ubama and the Chicago mob are ruthless. Woodward better watch his back, or better yet, just fall in line with the rest of the Democrat “mainstream” reporters. I suspect his health depends on it.

Maybe Bob W. will reconsider his decision to ignore Barry’s forged BC and revive the Woodward and Bernstein(bring down a rogue president) spirit?
