Smith Optics Elite who produces the annual “Hot Shots” calendar got in contact with us and asked if we could post their 2013 edition. This years calendar is inspired by vintage pin–ups and WWII bomber art. All proceeds from this years calendar will be going to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. I was having the same problem finding the rifles as the forklift folks were having. If you look at the way i listed the keywords, even “guns” was kind of an afterthought. I remembered i was on a gun blog at the last second.

It is clear to anyone with a clue about photography that many of the shots at the link are of/around the photoshoot, not pics of the calender pics proper. Though there are some of those, too.
Pro tip. Though I’m not a pro (photog).
My suspicion is that we're seeing a picture of the photo shoot rather than the calendar picture itself.
The large white panel (top center) is a reflector that's part of the photo equipment for the shoot. I'd think that the forklift is there to position lighting and would be cropped out of the actual calendar photo.
