Sanchez was arrested by New Jersey law enforcement on in October 2009 on state charges of aggravated sexual assault. He was later found to have violated the law and sentenced to probation and required to register as a sex offender.

Sanchez was a juvenile at the time of the offense, the case needed "additional research to determine removability." The case was put aside "in order to focus on high-priority cases that were ready for immediate action..Illegal committed a felony ,he is found guilty of aggravated sexual assault. I looked up the legal meaning of aggravated sexual assult.......It says An actor is guilty of aggravated sexual assault if he commits an act of sexual penetration with another person under any one of the following circumstances: The victim is at least 13 but less than 16 years old; and a. The actor is related to the victim by blood or affinity to the third degree;or b. the actor has supervisory or disciplinary power over the victim; or c. the actor is a foster parent, a guardian, or stands in loco parentis within the household; The act is committed during the commission, or attempted commission, whether alone or with one or more other persons, of robbery, kidnapping, homicide, aggravated assault on another, burglary, arson, or criminal escape; The actor is armed with a weapon or any object fashioned in such a manner as to lead the victim to reasonably believe it to be a weapon and threatens by word or gesture to use the weapon or object; The actor is aided or abetted by one or more other persons and the actor uses physical force or coercion; The actor uses physical force or coercion and severe personal injury is sustained by the victim; The victim is one whom the actor knew or should have known was physically helpless, mentally defective or mentally incapacitated.........Sanchez was a juvenile at the time of the offense, the case needed "additional research to determine removability." In Napolitano's world this dreamer already went through the court system found guilty dhs did not view him as high-priority cases that is ready for immediate action.. He had his day in court distrubing to know sex offerenders are not demmed a high-priority .. I suppose Napolitano really wanted to give him 2 year Obama deferral.. He would have had to also use fake or stolen documents to work for Congressman Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., who is also under investagation for having sex with under girls..Might be Menendez swings both ways ! .......Napolitano remins unaware that the border is still not secured. Illegals are pouring in,document fraud printers are runnung day and night.
