And they were apparently lucky to hit one of the two occupants.
Of course it looks like they have to have those 30 round mags as they are lousy shots (especially compared to the shooter guy they fired).

count the holes in the truck
19 in the tail gate
3 in the roof
27 in the rear window.
That adds up to 49 rounds into the truck. If my count is accurate and I do not think I over counted. We do not know how many rounds missed the truck.
Do these guys ever go to the range anymore?
I will now add Los Angeles along with New York City to the list of cities I will not be going to. Chicago, New Orleans and East Saint Louis because of the gang wars and New York and Los Angeles because of the ineptitude of the POlice Depts.cop wars.

Of course it looks like they have to have those 30 round mags as they are lousy shots (especially compared to the shooter guy they fired). If six cops can't kill two defenseless old ladies who are delivering newspapers with 50 shots, what chance does a homeowner have against a determined attacker/home invader if the homeowner is only allowed 5 rounds in his magazine?

“Ditto for the homeowners of the freshly perforated home downrange. “
Think about how you’d feel if your kid got killed as he or she slept in their bed. I’d want answers and justice. No kidding.

Interesting story.
"Now, as you look at the sequence of where the bodies were, I would think Pilon was first [to die], McVean was the second and Mason lived the longest."
Looks like they eventually ID'd and found them, but didn't get them.

Sounds like the cops were relatively stationary and under no immediate pressure.

Think about how youd feel if your kid got killed as he or she slept in their bed. Id want answers and justice. No kidding. You are more generous than I would be. Answers and justice would only begin with the officers' incarceration. There would also ensue civil judgements for all involved. Personal justice would be a different, but necessary, discussion.
