It was George W. Bush's fault. Anything bad that happens in New Orleans is Bush's fault. We learned that in 2005. It's because Bush doesn't care about black people.

I was channel surfing last night and happened on CBS just before the half time show. Announcer said “Your Superbowl Half Time show starts RIGHT NOW!”
